3 new Eagles!

We are thrilled to announce that on Saturday, January 23rd, we added 3 new Eagles to the troop! Elizabeth and Hannah Yothers and Tristan Glenn all sat for their Eagle Board of Reviews and passed with flying colors.

Elizabeth and Hannah are the first female Eagle scouts in the district, and may be the first female triplets in the world (their brother is also an Eagle Scout). They've worked hard the past few years to reach that feat and their Eagle projects can be seen at the Westmoreland Cleanways and Recycling Center and will be benefiting the organization for years to come.

Tristan, who had the added bonus of passing his review on his 18th birthday, has been a leader in the troop for years. The shelter and modern signage that he built for the Loyalhanna Watershed Association will benefit hikers and anglers and is a welcome addition to the Ligonier community.
